Chair collects information that providers and clients give us directly, information created while using the product, and information from service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Expo, PostHog, and Sentry.

This Privacy Policy explains how Whisp Intelligence, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when people use Chair, including provider dashboards, public booking pages, mobile apps, SMS login, reminders, and support.

If you provide a phone number or choose phone login, you authorize Chair to send account verification, booking confirmations, reminders, provider alerts, cancellation, reschedule, support, and security messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out when supported and HELP for help.
Chair uses essential cookies and local storage for login, security, preferences, and session continuity. We may use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand product usage, diagnose issues, and improve performance.
This section is intended to serve as a California notice at collection. We collect the categories of personal information below for the business and commercial purposes listed. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Chair, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep accurate business records.
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, publish provider booking pages, generate appointment availability, process deposits and payments, send reminders, support custom domains, provide customer support, prevent abuse, comply with law, improve Chair, and communicate product updates.
Providers control the booking details they publish, including business images, colors, services, prices, cash payment options, deposit rules, cancellation policies, and custom domain settings. Clients should review the provider page before booking.
We disclose information to vendors and processors that help us run Chair, including hosting, authentication, database, payment, SMS, email, push notification, analytics, error tracking, fraud prevention, and customer support providers. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or with your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. If analytics or advertising features are later configured in a way that is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, Chair will provide the required notice and opt-out controls.
California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We will verify requests as required by law before acting on them.

Chair uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed secure. Chair is not intended for children under 13. We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law, or business changes, and the effective date above will show when the policy was last updated.
