Providers are responsible for the services, prices, availability, images, policies, custom colors, business details, and custom domains they publish through Chair.
Whisp Intelligence, Inc.
These Terms govern access to Chair, a booking, scheduling, payment, and reminder platform operated by Whisp Intelligence, Inc. for independent service providers and their clients.
Effective date: June 19, 2026Providers are responsible for the services, prices, availability, images, policies, custom colors, business details, and custom domains they publish through Chair.
Chair supports online deposits, full payment, and provider-enabled cash booking. Online payments are processed through Stripe or another configured payment provider.
Clients should review service details, deposit terms, cancellation policies, and provider instructions before confirming an appointment.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Chair. Providers must supply accurate business, tax, payment, contact, and service information and must comply with laws, licensing rules, platform rules, and payment processor requirements that apply to their services.
Providers control their booking pages. This includes service names, descriptions, prices, durations, deposits, cleanup or buffer time, accepted payment methods, cancellation rules, no-show rules, business images, color settings, links, custom domains, and availability.
Providers are responsible for delivering their services, honoring confirmed appointments, handling client disputes, keeping information current, and making sure policies are clear before a client books. Chair may remove content or disable pages that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or harmful to the platform.
A booking may require a non-refundable deposit, full online payment, or no online charge if the provider enables cash at appointment. Deposit and cancellation terms are set by the provider and shown during booking. Chair records the provider policy presented at booking so the provider and client can reference it later.
Online paid appointments may remain pending until payment succeeds. Cash appointments do not collect money through Chair at booking time. Providers are responsible for collecting cash, reporting cash income, and resolving cash-payment disputes directly with clients.
Providers that accept online payments must complete Stripe onboarding or any other payment onboarding required by Chair. Stripe may require identity verification and may hold, delay, reverse, or restrict payments under its own terms. Chair may apply platform fees, subscription fees, payment fees, or other disclosed charges.
Chair is not a bank and does not provide stored value accounts. If a future payout or withdrawal feature is offered, it will be subject to payment processor rules, identity verification, fraud controls, and applicable law.
By providing a phone number or choosing phone login, you authorize Chair and its service providers to send account verification, booking confirmation, reminder, cancellation, reschedule, provider alert, support, and security messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out when supported and HELP for help.
Opting out of nonessential notifications may limit parts of Chair that rely on phone, email, or push messaging. We may still send messages that are necessary for security, legal, account, or transaction purposes where allowed.
Providers may connect a custom domain when the feature is available. The provider is responsible for owning or controlling the domain, configuring DNS accurately, renewing the domain, and avoiding trademark or impersonation issues. Chair may disconnect a domain if it creates security, abuse, legal, or platform integrity concerns.
You may not use Chair to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, spammy, or unsafe content; interfere with platform security; scrape or misuse data; reverse engineer the service; impersonate another person or business; or use Chair in a way that harms clients, providers, Whisp Intelligence, Inc., payment processors, messaging providers, or other users.
Chair may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, causes chargebacks or messaging abuse, fails payment processor requirements, or could harm the product or other users.
Chair is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whisp Intelligence, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whisp Intelligence, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, missed appointments, provider-client disputes, payment processor decisions, or third-party service outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict of law rules. We may update these Terms as Chair changes. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
